The General Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month from September through June at 10:00 a.m. The first hour is mostly social with club business and a speaker following at 11:00 a.m. Throughout the club year we have top level speakers on information topics at our General Meetings. |

The area book clubs meet once a month, either during the day or in the evening, to discuss the current month's book selected by the Book Club. AWCA members are invited to attend any of the Book Clubs. Please contact the Area Representative for more information, including date and location. This is a really fun way to get to know other members, and a chance to discuss books that are interesting and fun to read. |

The Excursions Committee provides tours throughout the Netherlands which are of general interest to the Club members. The tours help familiarize the members with their host country through knowledge gained by the participation in the activities. |
